NWC Newsletter
Hello All!
Hope this newsletter finds you well! It has been an eventful year for sure! I have had to face a difficult choice which all of us will most likely have to confront or perhaps already have. That being: placing our parents in a nursing home. On my part, this was done with some guilt and reservation, but my dear Mom is being well cared for and is slowing adjusting to her new surroundings. This after living in the same residence for some 50 years!
The Holiday season is upon us and our usual monthly get-
togethers have been put on hold until after the first of the year. However the class of '60 will meet on Saturday, Nov. 26th - Thanksgiving weekend - at Johnnies on Britton Road at 12 noon to renew old friendships. If you live out of town and happen to be in OKC, drop by and say hello. This, as usual, is a very casual gathering and has become an annual event. Also, if you have friends in prior or later classes they are always welcome.
I have given the NWC website a facelift and photos of the festivities at our reunion and other past events are online. If you have any pics that you would like to see published, please attach them to an email and send them my way. I need your help to make the site interesting and informative! Email me if you have class announcements or wish to get the current email addresses for the Class of '60.
