DISCUSSION
This code relies on absolute positioning. If you do NOT plan on making a lot of changes to your page this may be a good solution. This works particularly well for Table of Contents, etc.
  For this example, we use a small transparent GIF image and size it to fit over the menu item(s). The invisible element traps both the mouseover and mouseout events, and invokes the functions to hide both menu items accordingly.
  That being said, this code works in both Netscape4 and IE5+. However, it does not work in the latest version of FireFox. Right click to grab the code for this little goodie!
