Hello All!
Our initial renunion planning meeting was a great success. Around 20 attended. Mucho thanks to Sandy Thomas for her hospitality!
Preliminary plans were set to arrange for reservations at the various sites to hold the events. The Sportsmans' Club is once again under consideration for one or more events, as is the hospitality suite at the Waterford Hotel for Friday and Saturday. It was brought to our attention that the Holiday Inn Express costs $79 per night and The Waterford is $89 per night. Mike Miller will be asked to investigate the design and cost of tee shirts.
Our next meeting will be a cookout on June 21 at 6:30 at the home of
Jim Loftis.
See below for details. Each committee member is requested to bring a side dish and a favorite bottle of wine. (No 'box' wine will be accepted, per Hershall ;-)
